UPCOMING EVENTS
Busfest returns to the Three Counties Showground in Malvern from 12th to 14th September 2025. What started back in 1994 as Vanfest has since grown into the world’s largest international gathering for owners, fans, and enthusiasts of Volkswagen Transporters. Now an essential date in the VW calendar, Busfest offers a mix of camping, day tickets, entertainment, and plenty to explore for anyone interested in the VW Transporter scene.

Friday Evening Entertainment Ticket:
• £20 pre-booked / £25 on the gate
• Entry via Yellow Gate (6pm – midnight only).
Day Tickets:
• Saturday: £25 pre-booked / £30 on the gate
• Sunday: £20 pre-booked / £25 on the gate
• Combined Saturday & Sunday: £40 pre-booked / £45 on the gate
Weekend Camping Tickets:
• Adult Weekend Ticket: £65 (pre-booked)
• Vehicle Camping Unit (7m x 7m plot): £30
• Extra Adult Weekend Camping Ticket (on the gate): £75
• Children 16 & under: FREE (must be accompanied by an adult)

As the largest VW Transporter show in the world, you can expect to see an incredible variety of VW vans, from beautifully restored classics to modern builds. Enthusiasts come from across the UK and further afield to showcase their pride and joy, with something for everyone to admire.
Camping and Weekend Vibes
With ample space at the Three Counties Showground, it’s an opportunity to set up camp, enjoy the atmosphere, and connect with other VW fans. Camping pitches are straightforward, with 7m x 7m plots available for vehicles, tents, or camper setups.
Trade Stalls and Autojumble
The event hosts a wide variety of traders, making it the perfect place to browse VW parts, accessories, camping gear, and more. The Autojumble is a must-visit if you’re hunting for second-hand parts, rare finds, or anything to keep your Transporter project going.
Family-Friendly Atmosphere
Busfest is a welcoming event for families, with free entry for children aged 16 and under (when accompanied by an adult). There’s always something to keep younger visitors entertained, alongside the main displays and activities.
